Synopsis:
The
film is presented out of competition at Cannes 2015Au Quartier General,
the control center in the head of the little Riley, 11, five emotions
are at work. At their head, Joy, overflowing with optimism and good humor ensures that Riley is happy. Fear
is responsible for safety, Anger ensures that justice reigns and
Disgust prevents Riley being poisoned life - literally as well as
figuratively. As for sadness, it is not very sure of his role. The
others either, for that matter ... When the family moved Riley in a big
city, with all that that may have frightening Emotions have to be done
to guide the girl during this difficult transition. But
when Joy and Sadness accidentally lost in the farthest recesses of the
mind of Riley, taking with them some key memories, Fear, Anger and
Disgust are obliged to take over. Joy
and Sadness will have to venture into very unusual areas such as
long-term memory, the Land of Imagination, Abstract Thought, or the
production of Dreams, to try to find the path of the Headquarters so
that Riley can pass this course and get ahead in life ...
