Synopsis:
The two best friends go this time venturing into totally unknown territory: the time has come to legalize the existence of Ted. Our two friends still live in Boston, but while John is now single, Ted moved in with Tamy Lynn, the bomb of his dreams. Then they go through their first marital storms, they decide to have a child to strengthen their relationship. Their hopes are shattered when the Massachusetts court refuses to acknowledge Ted person status, and shall grant the "ownership", which makes it unsuitable for adoption. It is fired from his job at the store and informed without further ado that his marriage is annulled. Furious and disgusted, Ted will channel his frustration on the restoration of his rights, and ask her best friend to help him sue the Court of Massachusetts. They then engage as counsel a young activist for the legalization of marijuana: Samantha L. Jackson. But Ted is dismissed. The trio then embarks on a road trip to New York to try to convince the famous civil rights lawyer Patrick Meighan to appeal their case. Their goal is to prove that a teddy bear addicted to beer and smoking joints has the same rights as any American addicted to beer and smoking joints.
