Synopsis:
In Hong Kong, Chai Wan nuclear power was hacked. Malware, as an administration tool remotely or RAT (Remote Access Tool), opened the door to a more powerful malware that destroyed the central cooling system, causing the crack of a containment vessel and the melting of his heart. No attempt extortion or political demands have been made. What motivated this crime remains a mystery.
